課程目標
1. 翻轉教育,教課書由指定學生組提出疑問,老師解答及提問,其它非指定學生組亦可以提問 ,雙向溝通, 教學相長, 以達到對於課本理論的了解。課堂上著重於雙向的溝通,而非單向的教學。
2. 探討行銷與策略理論的執行之奧妙。課堂上, 對於理論基礎的了解, 老師會以自己實際案例或是業界經驗分享, 讓學生了解企業經營的實際情況。
3. 由電影個案來教行銷及策略之實務。
4. 如何做好一個員工及經理人的探討。
5. 學生做簡報的內容及表達能力的訓練。
6. 至公司實際參訪及實務操演來驗證所學。
 
課程要求
1. 學生要有主動學習理論及實務的態度,及主動提問題的學習態度。
2. 上課的規矩要嚴格的遵守,包括上課時間,考試,課堂上的學習態度。
